In accordance with the reporting requirements of ACT 88 of 2022 Tioga County PA received a total of 1179 mail-in and absentee ballots by 8pm on the day of the May 19, 2026 Primary Election.

The Tioga County return board will meet in the Election Conference room, 118 Main Street, Wellsboro, PA 16901, Tuesday, May 19th , 2026 at 7:00 A.M. to pre-canvass and prepare for the central scan procedure.
TIOGA COUNTY RETURN BOARD
The Tioga County return board will meet in the Election Conference room, 118 Main Street, Wellsboro, PA 16901, Friday, May 22nd , 2026 at 8:30 A.M. for the purpose of determining the status of Provisional ballots that were cast by certain electors in the General Primary Election held on May 19th , 2026. The return board will commence and hold its sessions for the computation and confirmation of returns for the votes cast at the General Primary Election held on May 19th , 2026.
