The Tioga County return board will meet in the Election Conference room, 118 Main Street, Wellsboro, PA 16901, Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 7:00 A.M. to pre-canvass and prepare for the central scan procedure.

TIOGA COUNTY RETURN BOARD 

The Tioga County return board will meet in the Election Conference room, 118 Main Street, Wellsboro, PA 16901, Friday, November 7, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. for the purpose of determining the status of Provisional ballots that were cast by certain electors in the Municipal Election held on November 7, 2025. The return board will commence and hold its sessions for the computation and confirmation of returns for the votes cast at the Municipal Primary Election held on November 7, 2025.
