Pre-requisites: Age 18 and up
Course Equipment: US Coast Guard approved PFD, water rescue helmet & appropriate clothing for water & weather conditions

Course Description: Planning for water emergencies, dynamics of moving water, medical conditions, personal safety & fundamental rescue techniques (self & shore based).
