Chapter 102 - Erosion and Sediment Control 

Under Pennsylvania Code, Chapter 102 an Erosion and Sediment Control Permit (ESCGP-1) is required for oil and gas activities disturbing 5 acres or more over the life of the entire project.  This includes all earth disturbance associated with oil and gas exploration, production, processing, treatment operations or transmission facilities.

Chapter 105 - Wetlands and Stream Encroachments Regulations and Legislation

Under the delegation of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, The Tioga County Conservation District is responsible for permitting, inspecting and monitoring specified categories of water obstructions and encroachments.  GP-5 Utility Line Stream Crossings
 GP-7 Minor Road Crossings
 GP-8 Temporary Road Crossings
