Chapter 102 - Erosion and Sediment Control
Under Pennsylvania Code, Chapter 102 an Erosion and Sediment Control Permit (ESCP) is required for timber harvesting activities disturbing 25 acres or more over the life of the entire project. This includes the construction of skid trails, haul roads, landing areas, and other similar logging or silvicultural practices.
