We offer a network of family-based behavioral health services and supportive programs for people of all age groups. Our team of professionals includes a psychiatrist, a psychologist, family therapists, social workers, certified addiction counselors and drug & alcohol prevention specialists.
Some of our services are available through self-referral on a fee-for-service basis. Individuals may also be referred to services through case management or by court order. All D&A Treatment Services are provided by professional D&A Treatment Counselors. This program is located in a separate unit in Clinical Services. |

Clinical Services offers services at its main office at the St. James Complex in Mansfield, PA. Services are also offered at satellite sites throughout the county. Both weekday and evening appointments are available. |
| Psychiatric Services: |
| Available are psychiatric testing, evaluation and treatment as well as medication management services. One psychiatrist also serves as a the medical director for the department. |
| Psychological Services: |
| Services include diagnostic testing, evaluation and clinical interviews for the community. The psychologist also performs diagnostic evaluations of youth in the Secure Detention unit. |
| Counseling Services: |
|
Counseling services are offered for individuals and families. These services include: individual, family and group therapy and marriage counseling. |

Play Therapy: |
|
Offers a non-threatening, therapeutic environment where children, preschoolers through teenagers, can express their thoughts and feelings through play, such as board games, painting or drawing. Play therapy is provided by our professional therapy staff. The play therapy room is located at the St. James Complex in Mansfield. |

Blended Case Management (BCM): |
|
BCM services are provided to adults and children who have been diagnosed as mentally ill or who are at risk of developing serious mental illness. The goal of the program is to decrease the need for institutionalization by helping people create a network of supports within the community. |

Men Overcoming Violence (MOVe): |
|
MOVe is a treatment program for men who abuse their partners – physically, sexually and/or emotionally. The goal of the program is to eliminate domestic violence by helping participants learn to express feelings without resorting to abuse and changing attitudes towards others. Services are available through self-referral or by court order. |

Crisis Intervention: |
|
Emergency mental health services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for individuals with acute emotional and/or mental distress. Provided are emergency mental health assessments, suicide risk assessments, a telephone hotline and on-site crisis counseling. Staff members can arrange for voluntary or emergency involuntary commitment to a hospital, if needed. |
| Substance Abuse Outpatient Treatment: |
|
Treatment for drug and/or alcohol addiction are provided by our Substance Abuse Specialists to adolescents, 12 and over, and adults. The program offers substance abuse assessments and evaluation services. Services are available through self-referral, case management or as court ordered. |

Substance Abuse Prevention Services: |
|
Educational programs on smoking, drug, and alcohol prevention skills such as peer pressure, and consequences are provided FREE to schools, churches and community groups throughout the county. Technical assistance to schools and community members are offered. The program provides free parenting classes and public presentations on substance abuse prevention. A Resource Room which houses books, pamphlets and DVD's and videos on substance abuse prevention is located at Clinical Services’ main office at the St. James Complex in Mansfield and is available for use by the public. All school and parenting programs are approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s evidenced based programs. |

Student Assistance Program (SAP): |
|
Through SAP, Clinical Services’ mental health and substance abuse specialists serve as advisors for local secondary schools. These specialists provide technical assistance to teachers and help ensure appropriate referrals for students experiencing drug and alcohol or mental health problems. |
| Social Rehabilitation: |
| A day program, Social Rehabilitation provides a therapeutic environment for adults with mental illness. Participants work on socialization, daily living and pre-vocational skills. The program’s objective is to assist participants by providing the knowledge and skills necessary so they can function as independently as possible in the community. The program’s major emphasis is on teaching independent living skills such as budgeting and cooking. The program provides recovery based psycho education such as advance directives, medication informative information on participant’s mental illness, and triggers, supports, personal safety, and how to access necessary community resources such as their doctor’s office, or community activities. The program sets goals according to participants’ strengths and needs, focusing on the Recovery Model. |
| Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program: |
| A service provided to adults designed with the person in mind. There are four areas of life that our Psychiatric Rehabilitation program focuses on: Living, Learning, Working and Socializing. The program staff assist in identifying areas of needs and helps individuals set goals. |
