Chapter 102 - Erosion and Sediment Control
Under Pennsylvania Code, Chapter 102 an Erosion and Sediment Control Permit (ESCGP-1) is required for oil and gas activities disturbing 5 acres or more over the life of the entire project. This includes all earth disturbance associated with oil and gas exploration, production, processing, treatment operations or transmission facilities.
