Will be assessed to the Defendant in every support action when a support obligation is established.

PETITION TO MODIFY -- $15.00

To be paid by the petitioning party at the time the modification is requested. NOTE: This fee will be waived upon verification that the party is receiving cash assistance.

CONTEMPT PETITION FEE -- $50.00

Assessed to the defendant upon the filing of a contempt petition by the Tioga County Domestic Relations office.

EMPLOYER CONTEMPT FEE -- $100.00

To be assessed at the discretion of the Court against any employer found in contempt by the Court.

BENCH WARRANT FEE -- $100.00

Charged to any individual for which the Court directs the Domestic Relations Section to issue a Bench Warrant.

JUDICIAL COMPUTER FEE -- $23.50

Charged to the defendant upon the establishment of an order.

GENETIC TEST FEES -- $32.00 per person

The cost of testing for all parties is charged to the defendant if he is found to be  the father.
